SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse within 5 to 7 business days after the order has been confirmed.

Orders are processed on regular business days only, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is typically 2 to 10 business days, depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and local delivery conditions.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking details.

4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

At this time, we ship only to eligible domestic locations listed at checkout.

International shipping is not available.

If an order is placed for a destination we do not service, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

5. CHANGING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact us before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order is placed.

Address change requests submitted after this deadline may not be possible once the order has entered processing.

6. SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS

Yes. You may ship your order to an address different from your billing address, provided the order passes our verification and fraud-prevention checks.
